The warranty does not cover:
• normal aging of materials (appearance of corrosion, natural deformation of wood, etc.)
• damage caused by the fact of unsuitable supports and/or the nature of the ground.
• incidents not directly related to normal use of the pool or its accessories.
All of the warranties described below apply to parts recognized as defective by our departments and are limited to the replacement of the item(s) concerned. Any costs for removal and installation are not covered.
Guarantee of wooden elements
The wooden elements are guaranteed against insect attacks and rotting (wood treated in a high pressure autoclave in accordance with the standards in force). This guarantee does not take into account natural deformations (appearance of splits, checks which in no way affect the mechanical resistance of the wood) as well as color changes due to climatic effects. In addition, any wood to which a product has been applied (example: stain, etc.) will not be covered under warranty.
Accessory Warranty
The accessories are guaranteed against any manufacturing or assembly defect that could affect the proper functioning of the pool, within the limits of the warranty conditions. In particular, these warranty conditions for accessories include the obligation for the user to carry out periodic checks and maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the BOX swimming pool. These conditions must be respected in order to assert the said guarantee.
Pool interior liner warranty
The warranty is limited subject to compliance with the conditions of use and maintenance, which may result from inappropriate physico-chemical parameters of the water (the temperature of the water must be below 28°C, the pH must be between 7.2 and 7.6 for chlorine treatment and between 7.6 and 8.2 for bromine treatment The disinfectant concentration must be within the range recommended by the treatment product manufacturer). The appearance, on the liner, of discoloration or yellowish spots at the water line is also excluded from the guarantee. These can result from a deposit of organic compounds present on the surface (sun creams and oils, hydrocarbon combustion residues or smoke from wood fires). To this end, you should regularly clean your water line with products suitable for this purpose (not supplied) and with a non-abrasive medium. Water heavily laden with limestone can also be the cause of these colorations, by encrustation of tartar in the material. Hard water with a hydrotimetric title (TH) greater than 25°f requires the addition of a limescale removal product suitable for swimming pools (not supplied). Are also excluded from the warranty:
• stains linked to the development of algae and micro-organisms: the water in the swimming pool must benefit from a disinfection and anti-algae treatment, regular and adapted in composition and concentration.
• stains, discolorations and fine lines resulting from the action of solid oxidizing products in direct contact with the liner (thrown directly into the pool) or from a local overconcentration of oxidizing products (often linked to the lack of functioning of the filtration during the dissolution phase of these products).
• stains related to the stagnation and/or decomposition of foreign bodies in contact with the liner (dead leaves, oxidizable metal parts, various debris, etc.)
• damage linked to contact with materials incompatible with the liner such as bitumen, tar, oils, polystyrene panels, polyurethane. The use of adhesive tapes and glue on the painting is to be avoided.
Filtration Pump Warranty
The warranty is limited to the replacement of the motor or the replacement of parts recognized as defective, subject to regular cleaning of the cartridge and the absence of use of the pump when dry (absence of water)
